- 1 / 5By Alyssa RobertsI usually don't leave bad yelp reviews however, the service was absolutely terrible. They got our order wrong so I nicely asked if she could fix it. She was very argumentative and rude, not only did she insist that it was my mistake but then she said she would only fix part of my order since I obviously 'touched it'. Then she turned around, ignored me, then spoke Spanish to the cook as they both started laughing. Absolutely terrible customer service. We love Flame Broiler and we travel through here frequently however we will not be back to this location. I do not recommend it.March 22, 2017
